and let's start learning now um let's start first of all bydiscussing uh what is blogging blogging um isbasically sharing your story it's storytelling it's going to anaudience and sharing a little bit about a topic that you're knowledgeable aboutor a topic that you're passionate about an exampleis a travel blogger for example you have and those are the ones that becamepopular and popularized blogging is when you travel aroundand record everything that you're experiencing andtell your audience about what you're experiencing and people read about itand learn more about the topic that you're sharinganother good example is food blogging um orrating restaurants i mean you could do basically anything about bloggingand in my specific case i blog about technology i talk aboutbuilding websites i talk about building e-commerce websitesi talk about empowering people and building your own websites that makemoney and so this is also a form of bloggingwhat i'm doing so i'm going to give you a little bit moreinformation about how to do this in a written format so the blogging thati'm talking about in this specific sense is a blogging website like a website onwordpress okay how much money can you expect to makevlogging right so to answer that i'm going to take youto uh one of my blogs okay so um have a look at i am gonna linkthis uh this this link uh below um this is ablog that i recently produced on how to make money online blogging andeverything i was explaining to you is there in this blog but it is a littlebit more detailed so when you have time goread it and i've linked two articles in in herethat i talk more about how much money you can make blogging but i'm going togive you a summary you can make a lot of money you can takeblogging from a hobby and a side hustle that gives you sideincome to even being the main thing if you reallyuh become consistent and do it more often so you start blogging in the firstyear of vlogging and starting from scratch withabsolutely nothing there i would suggest you produce maybe a blogevery other day minimum you can do more in fact more isbetter um studies show that a blog a dayactually produces even better results the easiest way to make money online andi discuss this in the blog as well is using adsense okay sothe way making money online with blogging goes isyou create a blog and you talk about an interesting topic that people want toread about and you start sharing that blog withpeople whether on social media or paid advertising that i don't know how you'regoing to grow that audience but the key is thatyou grow your audience around your bloggingonce you've done that over time you start to get regular visitors to yourblog all right and the more blog visitors youget that is directly proportional to the amount of money you can make soinitially when you're starting out let's sayum i think the minimum for itself for google ads is that you need to begetting consistently 1 000 visitors a per month right but youneed to actually be much more than that to make significantamount of money so let's say you're making abouta thousand to ten thousand visitors a month you're looking at about per yearum maybe just below ten thousand us dollars so it's not a lot of moneymaking money out of uh blogging um if you're only relying on googleadvertising but that is the easiest way to get into and the one that you can getinto from about one to ten thousand visitors a month sowe're talking about thousands of visitors a month for you toeven start making money you need to be making visitorsthousands of visitors in a month coming to your blogso you need to grow your blog you need to have social mediayou need to promote your blog you need to write about interesting topicsyou need to create an email list there is a lot of those kind of details thatare discussed in the article and um i want to focus this video onactually creating the blog so if you want those details go and readthe article and learn more about um how you you know what those thoseitems are and how much money you can make online blogging all rightnow um monetizing your blog um i want to i want to attach a littlebit of that monetizing your blog is um ways in which you start to make moneywith your blog i've already discussed google advertising that's the easiestone and the fastest one to get into the second one and the one most commonlyused by a lot of bloggers is what we call affiliate marketing andthat is also not so hard to get into depending on your nichewhat is affiliate marketing in short affiliate marketing ispartnering it's partnerships partnering withother companies that are selling specific goods and services that arewithin the niche of the blog that you're blogging aboutso for example take a travel blogger who's traveling around africaand discussing about all the foods and the restaurants they're visiting andthey've got thousands and thousands of people that visittheir website on a monthly basis then you start partnering with likeresorts and hotels and um travel places and you start talking toyour audience about this place and you say you know what i was inkenya the other day and um i love this hotel guyscheck it out i mean really the service was really amazing and you talk aboutthe things that you experienced there and you talk about it in your blog andyou link people to that um website and people come and theywatch your blog and they click on that and they go to the website that you'retalking about and um that hotel that you you know youpartnered with pays you for everybody that you sendover to them and obviously when it comes to affiliatemarketing you have to have tested the products beforeyou need to know that it is good products that you really want torecommend to support products to people so instead of just telling now about arandom hotel rather tell them about a hotel that pays you to do thatso that's the second way of making money blogging and depending on which nicheyou're in you can find affiliate affiliatemarketing in just about any niche any niche that you choose toblog about and that is going to make you probably the majority of money bloggingespecially once you start getting thousands and thousands of visitorson your website on a monthly basis the last and probably most lucrative oneis when um companies approach you directly andsay hey verita we've been watching your blog you're amazingcan you please give do a piece on us um on the on review our hotel forexample so you're travel blogging and and then you're gonna write a wholearticle focus on a specific um hotel that you're going to talk aboutand that is a feature all right so it's not just an affiliatelink it's a feature you're going to write about there maybe you're going toeven back link back to their website and a lot of companies pay a lot forbacklinking because that also helps with the seo rankingso um that's where you can really bring in the money because you can chargethousands just for you to do that and link their websiteon your blog and when you become popular and you become bigyou know companies are going to be the ones coming to you and approaching youand saying hey can you please write a feature on us canyou please guess block guess post on your blogcan we feature with you and um i'm not saying that you must always chargepeople for this i think personally if i come across a reallygood service that i want to tell my audience about i will do that withouthaving to be paid for it because that is why you started yourblog so i don't you shouldn't start a blog because you think you're going tomake lots of money you should start a blogbecause you are going to be teaching peoplereally good stuff and um help them learn and help them sort of grow or youknow whatever it is in their niche thatyou're working in all right so um the last part is what we're here forright so today i know i had a bit of a longintroduction but i wanted to discuss reallythe the the details of blogging and tell you about my own blogso this is the blog that we're going to buildwe are going to build this in the next video that we are releasing ona saturday the home pageall right and this is the about me page um that we go that that comes with thewebsite giving information giving people more information aboutyour blog and then we have all the blogs that we are creatingand you can use this type of template for any type of blog we used uhmusic it is an example but you can blog aboutanything using the exact type of template and this template that we'regoing to show you is going to be free so you'll have no cost involved increating this website except for your hosting you need to hosta wordpress website somewhere once you post yourwebsite you
